Equity values are used to determine borrowing limits

An SP's equity value represents the amount of FIL the SP brings to the protocol. Equity consists of:

  1. Miner Actor Available Balance

  2. Miner Actor Vesting Balance

  3. Miner Actor Initial Pledge

As the SP earns block rewards, it builds its equity value, allowing the SP to continuously borrow more over time.
