Withdraw FIL

Can I change my iFIL back to FIL?

iFIL holders can withdraw FIL from GLIF at any time, provided that the pool has sufficient liquidity to process the withdrawal. You can initiate this process through the GLIF web application. Withdrawing FIL from GLIF occurs in 2 transactions:

  1. Approve the GLIF smart contract to transfer iFIL on your behalf in step 2.

  2. Withdraw FIL from GLIF.

What if the pool is out of reserve?

If GLIF dips into the exit reserves, Storage Providers cannot borrow FIL from the pool until the reserves are rebuilt again. All deposits and fee payments go towards refilling the reserve.

What is the Exit Reserve Ratio?

The pool maintains 10% of its assets as a reserve to facilitate withdrawals for Liquidity Providers (also known as "exits").
